About the Healer
Hi, I am Bridgette Goldstein. While in meditation with the Divine and Universal Energy, we co-created “Arid Spirit” because I needed a safe place to explore these emotional questions without judgment, criticism, or second guessing.
I had a lot of spiritual questions. When I began asking, the one consistent response I received was “Who are you to question?” My response was “Who am I not to question?”
At the time, my response was not well received by my religious community. This left me feeling abandoned by the community and by God.
This experience was one of the best things which ever happened to me. I am now living my authentic life, free from judgment, criticism, and second guessing. I am fully connected to joy and happiness while exploring what tugs at my heart, no matter where that leads me.

Margaret Guenther calls the Spiritual Director a Midwife to the Soul. The soul goes through different phases, just as life goes through different phases. With each phase, comes growing pains, many on a spiritual level. In spiritual direction with me, I will accompany you on your journey, holding space, pointing out signs and messages you may have missed, rejoicing in your triumphs and crying through your pains. All while fostering your connection to the Source of all that is.
Energy Healer

We are energy. Dis-ease is a lack of ease, whether it be in body, mind or spirit. While I am not a doctor and don’t diagnose disease or ailments, I do help you discover where your energy is not flowing and help you to release what no longer serves you. In that release, the energy begins to flow again, allowing for more ease in all aspects of your life.
Crystal Reiki Master

In order to live our best lives, we must, like a symphony orchestra, make sure that all parts are vibrating at the frequency the creator designed. Crystal Reiki, an energy healing modality, uses universal (creator) energy and crystal (tuning) energy to align the body’s chakra (energy) centers to vibrate at the optimum frequencies. In each session, I will use this universal energy, combined with crystals and their energies to connect you; mind, body and spirit to universal energy. Once connected, you will be able to communicate clearer with your higher self, spirit team and the Source of all that is.

With all the noise and distractions in the world today, it is difficult to hear what our intuition is telling us. We are left with unanswered questions. In intuitive readings, we will connect with Universal Energy. With the aid of oracle and/or tarot cards, we will join our intuitive concepts and “thoughts” and bring our higher selves into greater clarity. This unity will allow you to better understand the messages, perceptions and information which will assist you on your individual and universal path.
